Consulting Firm Website Redesign
For a consulting firm specializing in manufacturing, aerospace and defense, and medical industries, I contributed to a website overhaul designed to support two primary goals: generating leads for the CBS sales team and creating more brand awareness. Secondary objectives included growing their LinkedIn following and establishing a strong online presence.
Our strategy centered on producing content that provided real value to the target audience, building trust and credibility. High-quality videos, photos, and other customer-facing materials were crafted to pass the audience’s “sniff test” by answering two critical questions: “Are these guys authentic and genuinely trying to help?” and “Are they experts who know what they’re talking about?”
The updated website, featuring fresh branding and a modern design, reflected these principles. It balanced professionalism with authenticity, helping CBS gain the recognition they deserved in their space and clearly distinguishing them from competitors. The new platform not only improved user engagement but also aligned seamlessly with the firm’s broader business goals.
